  1. very well explained in so short amount of time. So probably if i am praying, instead of focusing on breath, and get lost and then refocus and then same again and again would be the same brain exercise?

    • You are totally right. Prayer is a form of meditation. Meditation by itself is a process, no matter what you call it! 🙂
