All I know that is a very probable thing whether it exists today or not. The future is dim when it come to technological warfare.

Fiction CGI – funded by who though? That wasn’t cheap to produce. Definitely CGI. High production value. It’s like looking at Star Wars Episode One in 1999. Very high production value but obvious tells. Fear mongering fiction for profit.
Scan lines via After Effects or any other modern video editor is an obvious tell, also motion tracking when the quad goes to presenters hand. XYZ positioning is all f’d up. Bad CGI, near distant future military tech for sure though.
