2023 World Predictions by Michel Hayek – “The magic wand”


Keeping up with every year’s tradition on this blog, I am doing a preliminary translation of the 2023 world predictions by Michel Hayek.

Per Michel, this year’s predictions has this theme:

A magic wand. A wand that came to change the reality. A wand that will straighten the crooked, a wand that strikes corruption, a wand that will apply to everyone in Lebanon.
The predictions are for the next year and further. It is hard to pinpoint the exact time.

USA

  9. One of the lawsuits against Trump will yield dire circumstances
  10. Thanksgiving Holiday will not be like any other
  11. This time round, Black Friday, is aptly named
  12. Lots of chatter on the street regarding Elon Musk’s mother
  13. The Clinton’s will return to the spotlight
  14. The media will not spare Tiffany Trump
  15. Team Biden, in an unusual maneuver, will act quickly to contain an emergency targeting the president
  16. Events will lead to the acceleration of releasing various UFO related files from Area 51
  17. The Justice Department will be a target of a vicious attack
  18. In the next stage, the final and decisive words will come from a woman with an iron fist
  19. One day, the Americans will be preoccupied with the statue of liberty
  20. The Capitol attack was not a one-off thing. What comes next is worst and greater
  21. A major prison break will expose the weakness of American police force
  22. A first class and famous media figure will die in a shocking manner

Canada

  1. A shock in the Canadian parliament and surroundings

  5. A wave of gun violence happening frequently on the streets, malls, and the schools of Canada

Australia

  1. Australian scientist and doctors will discover a cancer cure
  2. Australian dollar fluctuations will cause a minor shakeup
  3. Not all protests in Australia will be peaceful
  4. Elections will yield radical new political configurations

China

  1. China will score various successes in the space arena
  2. The Silk Road will not remain just a drawing on a map
  3. Suddenly, Shanghai will be shook-up
  4. A bold and decisive move against Taiwan, crossing all the red lines, will underestimate and lower the self-esteem of American leadership

Saudi Arabia

  1. Various medals and achieves for the Saudi women this time
  2. The Saudi leadership’s agenda is fatty and full of security incidents requiring an iron fist to handle
  3. Two big questions will arise: 1) who will be the new leader? and 2) why will there be a new leader?
  4. At one point, radicalism will revenge from liberalism
  5. The Saudi ambassador in the USA will have a wider horizon
  6. Various archeological discoveries that will draw the attention of the world
  7. Prince Mohammed bin Salman will be in a confrontation and reconciliation at the same time
  8. Sadness will be a frequent visitor in the ruling family
  9. Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s new look will draw the attention of people
  10. An attempt to topple the Saudi crown will be leaked to the public. Those who are in a hurry to topple the crown will have to wait
  11. A Saudi project aims to transform the Orient into a green and lush land
  12. Prince Mohammed bin Salman expands his ambition towards space and various large investment in aerospace

Egypt

  1. Abo El Hole statue, a mystery, and a shock. No stone will be left standing
  2. Egypt will be facing various bereavements, one of them is not an Egyptian character but dear to Egypt
  3. Egypt will revive economically disregarding the USD value
  4. A new mystery pertaining to the Pharaohs will be, yet another mystery solved
  5. A mafia behind archaeological looting will be exposed
  6. The Arab League will be more effective this time
  7. A sad day at the Suez Canal
  8. Between pure chance and mystery, lots of telecom problems will arise

UAE

  1. Fatima bint Mubarak Al Ketbi will emerge from the shadows
  2. The security forces will be challenged by land and air
  3. An Emirati and Turkish engagement will make some Arabs worrisome
  4. One of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s wishes, related to the future of the Dubai, will come to fruition
  5. The competition between Saudi Arabia and the UAE will turn into a fruitful collaboration
  6. The UAE is still undecided with respect to OPEC
  7. UAE will witness exceptional weather that will amaze many
  8. Back in 2022, Putin gave a jacket to the UAE president. This event has various ramifications in the future

Kuwait

  1. Lots of pressure on religious control measure that don’t want gender mixing
  2. Unfamiliar / non-traditional figures will come into power
  3. Lots of trouble inside a US base

Palestine

  1. The world will witness a new “Berlin wall” in Palestine
  2. The blood of Shireen Abu Akleh will not go to waste and will yield lots of results
  3. A horrible tactic, full of trickery, by the Israelis to topple 10 stones if not a whole wall of the Al-Aqsa Mosque
  4. A revolution will ensue to revenge the Al-Aqsa
  5. From fire and destruction, peace will prevail in Gaza

Jordan

  1. Adham Nabulsi, a Jordanian Palestinian artist, will be in the spotlight
  2. A plan to hit the naval Jordanian forces
  3. The tourism sector will revive again
  4. Jordan will receive financial lifelines from the West and other Arab countries

Qatar

  1. Air space emergency events will disturb the peace of Qatar
  2. Overnight, a quarrel will arise between Qatar and Iran
  3. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani affairs will reach the Vatican
  4. Moza bint Nasser Al-Missned, the president’s wife, will be in the news
  5. As Qatar helped other countries, so other countries will reciprocate
  6. The president will orchestrate a political ‘world cup’ in his country

Iraq

  1. Iraqi women will be in high posts
  2. It is too soon to make peace deals with Israel
  3. The attack on Iranian forces in Iraq will not shake it or cause it to withdraw or go away
  4. A big natural catastrophe will hit Iraq
  5. An innovative method towards new ways for revolution

Bahrain

  1. The police will face a fierce challenge, but they will be up to the challenge
  2. A judge and a court will get attacked

Libya

  1. Tripoli will draw the attention of the world
  2. Saudi Arabia will lean in to help resolve political conflicts in Libya
  3. Big personalities will attempt to flee Libya
  4. People on the street will shape the new political configuration in Libya

Tunisia

  1. Baby steps towards economic recovery
  2. Sabotage attempts towards the president and his entourage
  3. New methods to address the water crisis
  4. One day the Tunisian people will stand their ground and say their demands
  5. Discovery of a large cache of natural gas

Morocco

  1. Famous people will be held accountable due to corruption
  2. New international and touristic investments will take place, leading to the reviving of the real estate market
  3. Terrorist cells begin to infiltrate the country. The president will lose a close friend

Yemen

  1. The Houthis will conduct an aerial operation that bypasses all security measures to deliver a concise message
  2. Potential peace deals making its way to the country. Saudi Arabia will make positive changes towards the beginning of peace
  3. Financial help will arrive to the coffins of the country
  4. Two important figures, one military and one civilian will not be spared by an attempted attack

Sudan

  1. Israel in the country: intelligence, Mossad, and army
  2. Lots of turmoil in the country
  3. One step forward, one step backwards, big challenges to overcome
  4. A weird Alien presence over the skies of the country

Algeria

  1. The shuffling of sensitive positions of power will cause a shock and the toppling of an important political figure

Iran

  1. Iranian women will not give up. Forces from the inside will impose change
  2. Nothing is impossible between Saudi Arabia and Iran
  3. Military confrontation by sea. There’s a winner and a loser
  4. Uranium enrichment in Iran with various new methods, far reaching and dangerous
  5. A big surprise when the identity of prisoners held in Iran will be revealed
  6. Not all capital punishments are the same. Iran will demonstrate a new style of execution
  7. What is left to do between Iran and the USA is to set the date to come to an agreement. Agreement is not out of question. When is the question
  8. Iran’s calendar is full of black days
  9. Nowruz, the name of the Iranian New Year, will not pass like any other time

Turkey

  1. A sudden security incident at the Istanbul airport
  2. Turkish demonstrations will cause a change of event and state of affairs
  3. An opposing political faction will infiltrate positions of power

Lebanon

  1. A new president and government
  2. Real Estate will be strong
  3. The USD exchange rate will stabilize
  4. Hotels and hospitality business will bloom again
  5. Israel infiltrating Lebanon to bomb various spots to provoke and cause instability in Lebanon
  6. Israel seeking to expand its spy network, recruiting well known Lebanese figures
  7. The US embassy’s doors is wide open: once to accept consolation and once to receive congratulations
  8. A terrorist attack will befall Lebanon, very similar to the terrorist attack that occurred in Istanbul, Turkey, on 13 November 2022
  9. Lebanese airspace will not always be safe from Israeli war planes invasion
  10. The Lebanese Army and the Hezbollah army will meet and join forces under all circumstances
  11. Sudden developments leading to revisiting the imprisonment of people in Syria jails
  12. With an iron fist, a big bust on human trafficking network
  13. The Lebanese security is thought to be in control, however, it is not the case
  14. Sudden events will put Amos Hochstein on the stage again
  15. A new equation of force between the people, the resistance, and the army
  16. After a long hibernation, the Assassination of Rafic Hariri will be back into the spotlight
  17. 2023 will be a bad year and jinx for a lot of Lebanese politicians
  18. The currency exchange center operators and owners will be attacked at the workplace, on the road and in their homes
  19. Daesh sleeping cells wakes up to resume fierce operations like its old original days
  20. Hôtel Dieu de France – USJ hospital will be full of people and very busy
  21. Bad events reminding us of the 2005 era of explosions, bombings, and assassinations
  22. Kidnapping will continue; the ransom prices will be adjusted to accommodate for the economic hardship
  23. Not only fuel and natural gas under the seas of Lebanon, but also various priceless treasures
  24. One and only one decision taken by Saudi Arabia will change the fate over night
  25. A false flag involving another big explosion to divert the attention from the current affairs
  26. The Lebanese army will be baptized repeatedly with fire. Lots of martyrs will fall
  27. The Rafic Hariri airport is only safe by name
  28. Finally, the Sunnis in Lebanon will start to have a positive break
  29. Hezbollah’s defensive strategies will be different and will lead to lots of changes
  30. Hezbollah’s weapon under a new name and slogan
  31. A big attack on a vital member of Hezbollah. The bereavement crowd will be very big, unlike other incidents
  32. Hassan Nasrallah, the 3rd secretary-general of Hezbollah, will get a new title and promotion of sorts
  33. Hezbollah will foil an attack by Israel, instead of Israel threatening, this time Hezbollah will be the one threatening
  34. The Hezb and the Lebanese army will uncover a terror bombing attack so big in scale
  35. The Hezb will not engage in obfuscation and cover ups of allies or enemies
  36. Hassan Nasrallah will come out of hiding to become a more accessible and public figure among the people

Israel

  1. An Israeli woman will steal the spotlight
  2. An incident will leak from Israeli prisons and cause a shock
  3. A act of stabbing will occur and what is weird about it is its style, location, and the target
  4. In art and music, Israel will proliferate the world
  5. A touristic trip will turn into tragedy
  6. Rabbis will be in the spotlight inside and outside Israel
  7. Pretty soon, no more secrets between the Saudi Arabia and Israel
  8. A big event that will shake the country, its heroes will be prisoners in jails
  9. An event will shake the UN, Israel, and Lebanon. This event will coincide with a Jewish holiday
  10. Between a security incident and health issues, Benjamin Netanyahu will be shaken
  11. Netanyahu will take fiery decision, reminding the people of his past
  12. Various non-Jewish investments in Israel, Itamar Ben-Gvir is looking for a reason to nix that

Syria

  1. I see a picture of women and children of Daesh
  2. Syrian sports will shine again and achieve wins
  3. Syria and Egypt forming good relationship, followed by another good relationship with Turkey
  4. Without warning, the Syrian army finds itself in a challenge
  5. Asma al-Assad will carry various national and international missions. She will also be facing various dangers
  6. With a loud bang, various prisoners in the Syrian
  7. Ali Mamlouk, a special security adviser to Syrian president, will remain the man of surprises in Syria
  8. Bushra al-Assad, the president’s sister, will emerge from the background to the foreground
  9. Strong winds, unnatural, will hit Tartus
  10. Syrian regime will change its regime
  11. A campaign to root out corruption and gangs
  12. Food, gas, medical necessities will return to Syria
  13. The return of manufacturers and business Tycoons to Syria. “Made in Syria” will make a come back

  15. The East and the West collaborate to re-build in Syria, even if slowly at first
  16. An unusual infiltration in the Golan Heights
  17. The persistent American presence in Syria will be shaken
  18. Major General Husam Muhammad Louka will draw attention multiple times for security and non-security reasons
  19. A retaliation against Israeli aggression will be painful
  20. Arab and Western fighter jets pacing over the Syrian air

Russia

  1. Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen leader, will get involved deep and cause ripple effects
  2. One night, suddenly, Kremlin will be empty, and chaos and confusion will roam around
  3. Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, his story, and secrets will be at the center stage of current affairs
  4. Russia Today (RT), news station, will persist against all odds and attacks
  5. The Russian people will be occupied and thinking about Putin’s private chef
  6. Maria Vladimirovna Zakharova, will face intended and unintended series of events
  7. Various religious buildings in Russian and Ukraine will be the target of attacks
  8. This time, the attempt to murder Putin will not be secret. The perpetrator’s ideology, name and origin will be known
  9. Enough is enough, patience runs out and aggression between NATO and Russia erupts

France

  1. Events surrounding Galeries Lafayette in Paris will occupy the news cycles
  2. A doctored and detailed judicial case targets the French President
  3. It does not matter what color vests protest. There will be a huge protest and unrest
  4. Macron and his wife will be targeted by various ‘dark clouds’
  5. Airbus’ reputation will be potentially ruined
  6. One day, Paris will be busy with The Grand Mosque of Paris

Britain

  1. Elizabeth II after her death, she will be in apparitions
  2. Some of Charles’ siblings will be in the spotlight
  3. Charles and his wife have a bumpy future full of anxiety and stress
  4. A catastrophize is awaiting the current PM, Rishi Sunak
  5. Large protests will elicit big responses from the higher ups

Germany

  1. Lots of unrest and economic trouble
  2. Lots of people protesting

Ukraine

  1. A decisive action by Elon Musk involving both Ukraine and Russia
  2. Not all Zelensky’s suggestions will go unanswered. He will come up with a suggestion that will be well received by Russia, leading to a new white chapter
  3. A road towards solution and peace between Ukraine and Russia will be paved
  4. Vatican’s involvement to broker peace between Ukraine and Russia will be costly to the Catholic church

Italy

  1. What will happen in the Vatican is unprecedented. The Pope will be involved to resolve various political issues, no matter what the cost is, or even if it requires military interventions
  2. Changes in the law will affect the Pope and various positions in the Vatican
  3. The Pope will face and attack various high profile political figures. No mafia or international influence will sway him
  4. The Pope will not survive all attacks against him
  5. Giorgia Meloni will be acting in a way that jeopardize her position
  6. An abuse of power in the Vatican to conduct Mafia style operations and cover-ups, leading to scandals and shakeups
  7. Chaos will erupt in the streets of Italy

  1. A wake of psychic events will sweep the world. For example, psychokinesis will be a common sight
